Everything thing as promised. Amazingly they adjusted the estimate DOWNWARD because there wasn’t as much stuff as suggested by the photos sent in advance. They swept the area after loading. Great fellows.

Mike and Josh were great! They answered my request for a quote quickly and were there to remove our garage clean out in a day. The total time to arrival and departure was barely over 30 minutes. Their professional approach to the whole process was so much appreciated and their humor was an extra treat! My family will definitely use them when needed in the future Sharon C

I could not be more thrilled by the work and professionalism of Mike & his crew. I am looking forward to working with them again on future projects.
They did a great job getting rid of my old hot tub. Thank you!
Bay East Hauling is amazing! If you need to hire a company for a clean out, don't hesitate to contact Bay East Hauling immediately! I needed two hoarder homes cleared quickly, and they came to my rescue. The homes were cleared of all items and appliances that weren't needed while saving personal memorabilia as it was unearthed at a lower cost than other companies and ahead of deadline. If Google allowed, I'd give them the 10 stars they deserve!
Fast, timely and affordable
Bay East Hauling gets 5 stars from me! They even came in bad weather. Reasonably priced, prompt, and great service. I will be using them again for sure!
I highly recommend Bay East Hauling Service. Mike and Josh were great to work with. They spent 5 or 6 days at my parents house clearing out all kinds of stuff- furniture, books, clothes, plants, the shed, garage, and more. They were patient as I had to decide what to keep and what to get rid of. Very efficient and super helpful!
Mike and Josh were so kind, respectful and professional. They did a great job hauling a lot of stuff and made us feel better about finally getting rid of hard-to-say-goodbye (sentimental) items! Couldn’t recommend them enough! They even helped clean up a little bit after they were done. The best crew!
Showed up as scheduled and were very efficient in removing my items. Would definitely hire again.
Bay East Hauling did a great job! Professional, texted prior to coming. Plan to use them again.
I needed a mattress removed so I contacted Mike. He came out the next day, and picked it up for me. It was very easy to schedule and very reasonably priced. I will call him again if needed!
Bay East did well for me. It’s not as easy to have them take away only a few items from an outdoor storage area and a basement, even when you’ve given them a list. They took only the items on my list but even so they filled up their dump trailer (15’?) and they did it all in 2 hours. They came within minutes of the time promised and I considered price was reasonable. Next time I want to get rid of stuff they’re the ones to call.
We could not have asked for a more responsive, diligent, and quality experience. Mike and his crew were helpful and professional. They communicated before and during the job clearly. They even swept after they removed the junk. Went above and beyond. Would definitely use Bay East again.
We needed to have several furniture/mattress/treadmill removed and disposed of a storage unit. Mike was very responsive to text inquiries. The whole process was quite efficient from receiving an upfront estimate to scheduling. He is also amazingly efficient on-site. We will definitely contact him again in the future!
Had a great experience. Fast, efficient, and reliable.
I had Mike and the Bayeast team out to remove a hot tub from a recesses hole in patio. They were punctual and efficient and cut the hot tub out easily. I will be using Bayeast in the future. Highly recommend!
We could not have asked for a more responsive, diligent, and quality experience. Mike and his crew were helpful and professional. They communicated before and during the job clearly. They even swept after the removed the junk. Went above and beyond. Would definitely use Bay East again.
Called on Sunday, returned call on Monday and job was co.pleted on Tuesday. Very professional and courteous. Sent me a picture when the job was completed. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
Professional, prompt, and did a great job. Definitely recommend.
Excellent and professional service.
Removed junk and debris from a home that had been vacant for months, and we were trying to prepare for listing. How refreshing to deal with someone who actually does what he says he will do, on time, minimum hassle, and performs above and beyond expectations. Could not be happier. Stan Boone
I hired Bay East Removal to remove some bricks and concrete from the side of my house. Little did I know that there was sheet rock and other stuff under the bricks. They removed everything for me and raked the area when they were done. They were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.
I needed someone to do a job for me. He called me to find out what exactly I needed and offered to go by the job to see it. We talked after his visit and said he could get to it today if I wanted. So I agreed. He gave me. Time of arrival and when he left. Even provided pictures of what he took care of. Mike was great to work with and I will definitely contact him again.
Communication was excellent.
Mike was very responsive and professional cleaning out trash at the end of a house sale. He provided a very accurate estimate and was on time and professional even in pouring rain. He responded to many text questions and made the process easy.
Mike and his crew were very professional, efficient and respectful. They were in and out in no time and left the unit so clean it was as if no one ever lived there! They even swept outside of the entryway to avoid tracking in leaves and dirt. Top notch company! I will definitely use Bay East Hauling for all of my disposal needs in the future!
From the first point of contact through completion of the job it was a very pleasant experience. Communication was very good and they were true to their word. Their pricing was fair and they were professional. They showed up with a dump trailer and secured the load before leaving. Not asked to do they went the extra mile to walk around my yard and picked up fallen sticks and limbs. I couldn’t have happier to get home and all that junk gone. Before they left they took pictures of my yard and their trailer full with the load secured. I will definitely be using them again and would be confident referring them to anyone that could benefit from there services
Very nice to deal with and very efficient!
Mike did a great job hauling away a trailer full of recycling and unwanted metal. He communicated well, showed up when he said, and cleaned up before he left. I will hire him again and encourage you to choose his business for your hauling needs. If you don’t have time, energy, and a trailer to do it yourself, give him a call. You won’t be disappointed.
Mike was super professional, responded quick, had flexible availability and was super professional! I would recommend him to anyone needing something hauled!
I called 4 places to handle a job for me....one never called back, one was not available for a week and would not promise to take everything, and one was totally inflated in price, but Mike Pirrone answered my text quickly. After that first contact and a conversation Mike and his helper were at my pickup sight the following day at noon. I needed things moved out of my father's apartment, told Mike what was there and he quoted me a price via text before he arrived on the job. He and his helper were very polite, professional and excellent workers. When everything was moved out Mike swept the area clean. They even carried an item to my car for me! This business is local on the Eastern Shore (Centreville) and I like using our Eastern Shore establishments. I feel I lucked out choosing this one...they deserve to be rated #1!!! I will definitely use Bay East Hauling Services again and recommend them to anyone needing items hauled away.
Once again, Mike has done a fantastic job! I've used Bay East Hauling four times over the last several months, and will use them again, if I need cleanout services.
Sometimes things are just unavoidable, with a snow storm coming, my client had to get the moving truck on the road to get in front of the storm so there was no time to do a dump run. I contacted Mike and he came immediately and hauled the remaining things away so that the house was ready for the new buyers at closing. He was quick to respond and courteous and I will definitely refer his services and use them again in the future! Thanks! Dee Dee Miller
We had a great experience with this company! Quick response and fabulous work!
Very polite and very fast with picking up my junk! Even helped me load my van with stuff I was keeping! Will always recommend
Very thorough, professional work, reasonable rates, responsive, top notch! I highly recommend this company!

Great service, quick response and the job well done. Thank you so much Mike.
Great service, very professional. Highly recommend.
Mike is amazing! He was timely and very efficient. He went beyond what I had asked snd his fee was lower then I thought it would be for all the work he did. Thank you Mike for all your help!
Mike did a great job from start to finish! He was very responsive to messages, fair price and sent pics when he was done. He’s done other work around our house in the past and is always trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend!
Definitely recommend Bay East Hauling Services. Mike is awesome and professional.
Mike made every part of the process seamless. He was a complete professional, and worked with me to get a whole house load of items removed even though I was not in the same state as the property. Mike reached out to me within hours of me sending an email for a quote- on a weekend- and was always responsive to calls and text messages. He conducted the removal professionally, taking all the items I had set aside and being considerate with items I wanted to keep. He even provided pictures of what the property looked like after being cleared since I was not able to see it in person, all without being asked to do so. His price was the best I found by far after consulting 4 companies. 2 national chains and 1 other local company. For the quality of service he provides I would not hesitate to recommend him and Bay East to anybody that needs a removal company, but add in that it is the best value in the area and hiring Mike and Bay East is a no-brainer.
I have been trying to get a few things hauled away for quite sometime. We found Mike at Bay East Hauling and within 2 days the job was complete. He was very attentive to details, respectful of our property and time; was extremely courteous and will not let you down. I highly recommend them!

Guys were here around when they said they'd be. Were quick, in and out and very friendly, despite hauling junk on a hot humid day. Definitely recommend and will likely use them again!
Mike and his team provided excellent customer service, arrived on time to start the job, and worked thoroughly and professionally to clean out a house that had been occupied by hoarders for 25 years. Although the job took longer than expected, he didn't charge me more than the estimate and he left the place clean and neat. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Quick turn around. Clear and open communication Fair pricing. Friendly and professional. I called about having my parents house cleaned out. I had been working on it for six months and needed help to get over the hump to finish getting everything out. I got a quick and fair estimate over phone after providing some pictures of the property. They were there the next day and communicated when they were on their way, when they had any questions and when they were finished. They even sent pictures! It was a huge relief when I stopped by and saw everything was finally done. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs that extra help to get rid of what's weighing you down. Five stars!

Mike and team came the same day we requested help with furniture removal. Outstanding service and professionalism. A+ organization.
Came and took away my junk. Good communication and price.
Mike Pirrone and his team are absolutely wonderful. All responses back from BayEast in the initial phase of inquiry were prompt and concise- with an estimate of what the move would cost. Great communication. They arrived on time, were courteous, clean and efficient with the pick up and were extremely respectful of the landowners property on delivery. Driving where instructed, unloading and setting up the delivery where requested and making sure we were happy with the job and that it was complete before leaving. I would hire and refer them for any job you would consider.
Quick efficient service… Good communication… Easy transaction all around!
Great communication and scheduling and an efficient pickup. Highly recommend!

Have been cleaning out my house filled with 35 years worth of “stuff”. What I couldn’t use in my next move, ended up in the barn. After one barn sale, there was still a barn full of “stuff”. A phone call to Bay East Hauling resulted in a quick appointment. Mike and staff showed up and 2 hours later, everything was gone. It was unbelievable and such a relief. Bay East Hailling is great. Had a problem getting some junk that needed to be moved from a house after an eviction. The house was about to go on sale, and I couldn't get the stuff removed before it was listed. BEH not only resolved the issue but also did so in a few hours, completed the job, and saved the day before the house was shown. if you're looking for a great Junk and Removal company, your search ends here. Reached out to Mike for a very small but tough job of moving a full size sofa from a second floor apartment to a storage unit. The communication with Mike was exceptional, he kept me posted on his estimated arrival time and finally one last message giving me a 30 minute notice. After all of the messages he arrived exactly at the time that he said he would! He moved the sofa and placed it in the storage unit handling it with care. I’d highly recommend Bay East Hauling for your small or large job.

I highly recommend Bay East Hauling Service. Mike and Josh were great to work with. They spent 5 or 6 days at my parents house clearing out all kinds of stuff- furniture, books, clothes, plants, the shed, garage, and more. Excellent job done! Fair quote and on time! I highly recommend!
Mike and his crew wasted no time tearing down an old basketball hoop that was filled with sand. Mike pulled out a jigsaw, cut open the base, and shoveled out the sand. His 2-man crew put the hoop on its side and cut it in half since the bolts were rusted shut. He was in and out in a short period of time. Very friendly and personable. I highly recommend and will be using him again! Thanks, Mike!

Bay East Hauling Services are hands down the most reliable in the game. I used their junk removal services. Great communication, affordable prices and excellent service. Highly recommend!!!
Mike went out of his way to fit us into his busy schedule within a day, and really helped us when we needed it. He and his helper carried the base of a new elliptical trainer up a flight of steps where my husband and I had to abandon it because we couldn't get it any further. Then Mike and his helper carried a big old TV, a broken elliptical trainer and a kaput A/C unit down a flight of steps and out to their trailer. All were heavy bulky items we couldn't handle ourselves. They also took some worn out porch furniture and two ancient small TVs. Mike was very courteous, kept in touch to let us know exactly when he would arrive, had a great attitude, and was simply a pleasure to deal with. I also loved to be able to read his reviews before hiring him, and being able to get in touch by Messenger and text. Mike's price was more than fair. We will absolutely hire him again. Thank you Mike!!! :)
Definitely recommend Bay East Hauling Services. Mike is awesome and professional.
Mike, the owner was very efficient and organized. He was able to take everything that we set aside. We had a full truck including a very old and non working lawn mower, a cut up jacuzzi and all the parts, lumber, a wheelbarrow, and many other odds and ends. His price was reasonable. We would highly recommend him and would engage him again.
Excellent communication. Mike responded quickly to my inquiry, scheduled me for the next day, let me know about when to expect him, texted me when he was on his way, showed up when he said he would. Thanks, Mike!
Mike was great. Extremely helpful and prompt response. Best service I have experienced in a long time.
Had an excellent experience with Mike. I reached out to him to clear away a large amount of packing trash we had. Communication was great, he showed up on time, did the job in an efficient and organized manner and cleaned up afterwards! I am so glad to have found this company - and I am sure we will use them again in the future. Thank you!
Mike at Bay East Hauling really helped us out in a tough spot. He was quick to respond when we needed a large amount of trash hauled away on a holiday weekend. Clearing out a parent’s house is never easy, but Mike understood and was on time, promptly loaded the trash himself to maximize use of space in the trailer, and allowed us to keep working as he loaded. His prices are fair and he even helped us save money by taking the metal objects to recycling. Bay East Hauling will be our first call the next time we need something hauled away. I highly recommend Mike and Bay East Hauling Services.
These guys are the best! Not only did they clean out my hellish attic, yesterday they moved all my furniture from Chevy Chase to Stevensville. Highly recommend.
Exceptional, I highly recommend East Bay Hauling. They went above and beyond to help me clean up my yard and to haul away lots of old heavy junk that I would have not been able to move myself. Mr. Mike was incredibly nice. He took our unwanted items from our shed. He was able to give me an estimate and haul away the items the same day I asked him. We are very thankful for his help.
A really great value!!! Prompt, courteous and exceptional communication.
A very convenient service. I had him dispose of some miscellaneous heavy junk I had piled up but he's also going to bring me a trailer load of stones for my driveway in a couple months. Friendly and easy to work with!
Awesome service!! We could not ask for a better experience. Mike was super responsive and very affordable. We will definitely call him again when the need arises!!
Have had two loads hauled by Bay East, super easy to deal with and do a great job. I’m doing renovations at my house myself and I’m at work when the dumps are open and they charge by weight for construction debris. Having bay east pick up in the evenings saves me multiple loads to the dumps with my small trailer and having to take time off work for not much more than it would cost to take it myself. Definitely recommend
Mike and his team were very professional! They kept us updated on when they would arrive, and they were on time. I would definitely choose them again for any future needs!
What a great company. Mike is honest, prompt, and very helpful with removal of the unwanted items that have accumulated over the years. We couldn't have been more happy with the services provided. Highly recommend Bay East. Thanks again
