We needed to have several furniture/mattress/treadmill removed and disposed of a storage unit. Mike was very responsive to text inquiries. The whole process was quite efficient from receiving an upfront estimate to scheduling. He is also amazingly efficient on-site. We will definitely contact him again in the future!

The homes were cleared of all items and appliances that weren't needed while saving personal memorabilia as it was unearthed at a lower cost than other companies and ahead of deadline. We purchased a property including a barn that was full of unwanted stuff and needed to get it out quickly. A friend connected us with Mike who was fantastic. He showed up on time, gave us a fair price and did the job on schedule (on a really hot week in July). I only wish that he was a plumber and electrician too!

Great service great price

I hired Bay East Removal to remove some bricks and concrete from the side of my house. Little did I know that there was sheet rock and other stuff under the bricks. They removed everything for me and raked the area when they were done. They were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

I needed someone to do a job for me. He called me to find out what exactly I needed and offered to go by the job to see it. We talked after his visit and said he could get to it today if I wanted. So I agreed. He gave me. Time of arrival and when he left. Even provided pictures of what he took care of. Mike was great to work with and I will definitely contact him again.

From the first point of contact through completion of the job it was a very pleasant experience. Communication was very good and they were true to their word. I called 4 places to handle a job for me....one never called back, one was not available for a week and would not promise to take everything, and one was totally inflated in price, but Mike Pirrone answered my text quickly. After that first contact and a conversation Mike and his helper were at my pickup sight the following day at noon. I needed things moved out of my father's apartment, told Mike what was there and he quoted me a price via text before he arrived on the job. He and his helper were very polite, professional and excellent workers. When everything was moved out Mike swept the area clean. They even carried an item to my car for me! This business is local on the Eastern Shore (Centreville) and I like using our Eastern Shore establishments. I feel I lucked out choosing this one...they deserve to be rated #1!!! I will definitely use Bay East Hauling Services again and recommend them to anyone needing items hauled away.

Bay East Hauling provided our family with excellent, prompt service!! We needed to clean out a basement and garage, but did not want a dumpster in the driveway. Mike at Bay East came out the next day. He then came twice within a 2 week period, answered all texts and phone calls immediately, removed every bit of refuse, including old lawn equip., and swept the area clean. Have had two loads hauled by Bay East, super easy to deal with and do a great job. I’m doing renovations at my house myself and I’m at work when the dumps are open and they charge by weight for construction debris. Having bay east pick up in the evenings saves me multiple loads to the dumps with my small trailer and having to take time off work for not much more than it would cost to take it myself. Definitely recommend

Mike and his crew wasted no time tearing down an old basketball hoop that was filled with sand. Mike pulled out a jigsaw, cut open the base, and shoveled out the sand. His 2-man crew put the hoop on its side and cut it in half since the bolts were rusted shut. He was in and out in a short period of time. Very friendly and personable. I highly recommend Bay East for any type of removal need anyone might have. I had to coordinate with a moving company and Bay East was more than accommodating to make my project happen in one day. I had two large, extremely heavy and awkward items but within an hour or so, both were on the trailer and off to a dump. Mike and his partner were friendly, polite and clearly work well as a team. It was a hard job but they handled it with professionalism. I was very pleased.

Bay East did well for me. It’s not as easy to have them take away only a few items from an outdoor storage area and a basement, even when you’ve given them a list. They took only the items on my list but even so they filled up their dump trailer (15’?) and they did it all in 2 hours. They came within minutes of the time promised and I considered price was reasonable. Next time I want to get rid of stuff they’re the ones to call.

Sometimes things are just unavoidable, with a snow storm coming, my client had to get the moving truck on the road to get in front of the storm so there was no time to do a dump run. I called Bay East he went out and moved what I needed moved the same day for a fair price. I appreciated his ability to take care of moving the items so quickly! Especially because it was an eyesore and soooo heavy.

Mike of East Bay Hauling quoted me a fair price, showed up when he said he would, and did an efficient job breaking down and hauling a very large volume of boxes and other packing materials from our recent move to Easton.

Mike went out of his way to fit us into his busy schedule within a day, and really helped us when we needed it. He and his helper carried the base of a new elliptical trainer up a flight of steps where my husband and I had to abandon it because we couldn't get it any further. Then Mike and his helper carried a big old TV, a broken elliptical trainer and a kaput A/C unit down a flight of steps and out to their trailer. All were heavy bulky items we couldn't handle ourselves. They also took some worn out porch furniture and two ancient small TVs. Mike was very courteous, kept in touch to let us know exactly when he would arrive, had a great attitude, and was simply a pleasure to deal with. I also loved to be able to read his reviews before hiring him, and being able to get in touch by Messenger and text. Mike's price was more than fair. We will absolutely hire him again. Mike made every part of the process seamless. He was a complete professional, and worked with me to get a whole house load of items removed even though I was not in the same state as the property. Mike reached out to me within hours of me sending an email for a quote- on a weekend- and was always responsive to calls and text messages. He conducted the removal professionally, taking all the items I had set aside and being considerate with items I wanted to keep. He even provided pictures of what the property looked like after being cleared since I was not able to see it in person, all without being asked to do so. His price was the best I found by far after consulting 4 companies. 2 national chains and 1 other local company. For the quality of service he provides I would not hesitate to recommend him and Bay East to anybody that needs a removal company, but add in that it is the best value in the area and hiring Mike and Bay East is a no-brainer.

Mike, the owner was very efficient and organized. He was able to take everything that we set aside. We had a full truck including a very old and non working lawn mower, a cut up jacuzzi and all the parts, lumber, a wheelbarrow, and many other odds and ends. His price was reasonable. We would highly recommend him and would engage him again.

Reached out to Mike for a very small but tough job of moving a full size sofa from a second floor apartment to a storage unit.
