I had Mike and the Bayeast team out to remove a hot tub from a recesses hole in the patio. They were punctual and efficient and cut the hot tub out easily. I will be using Bayeast in the future. Highly recommend!
Mike answered and I was able to schedule an appointment on that first call. I received text updates regarding their eta. I had furniture removed from 2 different rooms and furniture moved from our garage to the 2nd-floor bedroom to replace the discarded pieces. The pricing was fair. Bay East Hauling is amazing! If you need to hire a company for a clean out, don't hesitate to contact Bay East Hauling immediately! I needed two hoarder homes cleared quickly, and they came to my rescue. The homes were cleared of all items and appliances that weren't needed while saving personal memorabilia as it was unearthed at a lower cost than other companies and ahead of deadline. If Google allowed, I'd give them the 10 stars they deserve!
We purchased a property including a barn that was full of unwanted stuff and needed to get it out quickly. A friend connected us with Mike who was fantastic. He showed up on time, gave us a fair price and did the job on schedule (on a really hot week in July). I only wish that he was a plumber and electrician too!

Mike at Bay East Hauling really helped us out in a tough spot. He was quick to respond when we needed a large amount of trash hauled away on a holiday weekend. Clearing out a parent’s house is never easy, but Mike understood and was on time, promptly loaded the trash himself to maximize use of space in the trailer, and allowed us to keep working as he loaded. Have had two loads hauled by Bay East, super easy to deal with and do a great job. I’m doing renovations at my house myself and I’m at work when the dumps are open and they charge by weight for construction debris. Having bay east pick up in the evenings saves me multiple loads to the dumps with my small trailer and having to take time off work for not much more than it would cost to take it myself. Definitely recommend

Mike made every part of the process seamless. He was a complete professional, and worked with me to get a whole house load of items removed even though I was not in the same state as the property. Mike reached out to me within hours of me sending an email for a quote- on a weekend- and was always responsive to calls and text messages. He conducted the removal professionally, taking all the items I had set aside and being considerate with items I wanted to keep. He even provided pictures of what the property looked like after being cleared since I was not able to see it in person, all without being asked to do so. His price was the best I found by far after consulting 4 companies. 2 national chains and 1 other local company. For the quality of service he provides I would not hesitate to recommend him and Bay East to anybody that needs a removal company, but add in that it is the best value in the area and hiring Mike and Bay East is a no-brainer.

Mike and his crew wasted no time tearing down an old basketball hoop that was filled with sand. Mike pulled out a jigsaw, cut open the base, and shoveled out the sand. His 2-man crew put the hoop on its side and cut it in half since the bolts were rusted shut. He was in and out in a short period of time. Very friendly and personable.
