Have had two loads hauled by Bay East, super easy to deal with and do a great job. I’m doing renovations at my house myself and I’m at work when the dumps are open and they charge by weight for construction debris. Having bay east pick up in the evenings saves me multiple loads to the dumps with my small trailer and having to take time off work for not much more than it would cost to take it myself. Very professional and courteous Happy with the work

Mike and his crew wasted no time tearing down an old basketball hoop that was filled with sand. Mike pulled out a jigsaw, cut open the base, and shoveled out the sand. His 2-man crew put the hoop on its side and cut it in half since the bolts were rusted shut. He was in and out in a short period of time. Very friendly and personable. I highly recommend and will be using him again! Thanks, Mike!

Bay East did well for me. It’s not as easy to have them take away only a few items from an outdoor storage area and a basement, even when you’ve given them a list. They took only the items on my list but even so they filled up their dump trailer (15’?) and they did it all in 2 hours. They came within minutes of the time promised and I considered price was reasonable. Next time I want to get rid of stuff they’re the ones to call.

Mike answered and I was able to schedule an appointment on that first call. I received text updates regarding their eta. I had furniture removed from 2 different rooms and furniture moved from our garage to 2nd floor bedroom to replace the discarded pieces. Pricing was fair. Professional local company from Centreville. We needed to have a broken hot tub removed from our property. Mike came out less than a week after I first reached out. They did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. We would not hesitate to reach out if we needed them again.

After that first contact and a conversation Mike and his helper were at my pickup sight the following day at noon. I needed things moved out of my father's apartment, told Mike what was there and he quoted me a price via text before he arrived on the job. He and his helper were very polite, professional and excellent workers. When everything was moved out Mike swept the area clean. They even carried an item to my car for me! This business is local on the Eastern Shore (Centreville) and I like using our Eastern Shore establishments. I feel I lucked out choosing this one...they deserve to be rated #1!!! Sometimes things are just unavoidable, with a snow storm coming, my client had to get the moving truck on the road to get in front of the storm so there was no time to do a dump run. Mike made every part of the process seamless. He was a complete professional, and worked with me to get a whole house load of items removed even though I was not in the same state as the property. I hired Bay East Removal to remove some bricks and concrete from the side of my house. Little did I know that there was sheet rock and other stuff under the bricks.
